This seasonal decaf comes from the COCASAM Cooperative, where smallholder farmers cultivate organically grown, shade-grown coffee in the mountains of southern Honduras. After harvest, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% chemical-free method that removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural character.

The result is a mellow, full-bodied cup with gentle sweetness, balanced acidity, and notes of black tea, brown sugar, and raisin bran. It's everything we love about specialty coffee—just without the caffeine.
