This coffee is grown by smallholder families in the mountains of Oaxaca, where coffee thrives beneath a diverse canopy of bananas, fruit trees, corn, and beans. Producers carefully harvest only ripe cherries before hand sorting, fermenting, washing, and slowly drying the coffee to create a clean, expressive cup.
